Negative Nellie:
1. Two financial based scholarships are a no go. They were pretty big in size.
2. Carolina will be giving me NO financial aid for next school year. Yeah, that was a big bummer.
Positive Polly:
1. I mailed off two more scholarships today! And mailed out a finalist application for $2,000 on Monday. My odds for the $2,000 looks good (We all know I like Stats, so here it comes....) From last year, the state picks twelve people by branch, Raleigh won two awards and Durham won two! That was the majority from all over the state. Hopefully, I can be in the majority too!
2. Soccer is doing Secret Soccer Buddies (Coach Hunter's Brilliant Idea!). And I LOVE it. When I have a not so great day, I find cheer in the cute notes and sweet gifts. I have an wonderful buddy! And I can't wait to find out who it is at the end of the season!

3. One Tuesday Night, we played Cedar Ridge, our rivals. We, by far, dominated the game (even though the score did not reflect it). We took a ton of shots and our goals were of high quality. I really love this years varsity team. We vibe well together and have a huge amount of talent and potential. If you would like to follow the games closer, check out our coaches blog here:

4. This week, I have had an abnormal amount of time away from school which has been nice to catch up on sleep. Monday I got to leave at 1ish and today I left at 12ish. I have been feeling awesome and refreshed (yet, tired) health wise and have not had huge headaches which has been a BIG plus.
Anywho, thank you for the outpouring support and love. It means so much and I greatly appreciate it!
